Approximately 70 percent of all Criterion production is exported. The plant in New Zealand has the capacity to manufacture over 500,000 pieces of furniture per annum. Criterion furniture is made from reconstituted radiata pine sourced from man-made forests, "where the trees grow faster than they are being milled".
